At Longhaul Farm, and together with our ECP Regenerators, we raise chickens, turkey and pigs in our fields and forest. We protect them from predators in shelters and with fencing; move them regularly to fresh fodder; and feed them scraps from the garden and locally grown non-GMO grain as a supplement to their field + forest diet.

If interested, you can reserve meat for the following deposit prices:

  • Chicken: $6.50/lb - Reserve for $15 per bird. Available twice annually (early July and mid-September)

  • Turkey: $10/lb - Reserve for $50 per bird. Typically weigh 12-20 pounds. Available the week of Thanksgiving.

  • Pork: $460 for a quarter pig - Reserve for $100. Available in late October or November, depending on the season.
